Hired by personal trainers Amie & Ash, I went along to a stunning gym in Worcester to capture fresh content for the the couple's own business and online fitness profiles.

A mixture of posed and action shots, with varied lighting and settings, was the key to getting the vibrant and crisp effect that we were looking for on the day.
